Register for RA-UK 2026

The Board will take into consideration each individual case when a request for cancellation has been made. The offer will be for those in-person attendees who can no longer attend to utilise the virtual option. However, in extenuating circumstances, a refund will be offered. 

• Virtual bookings are non-refundable.
• In-person bookings will only be refundable in certain circumstances at the discretion of The Society up to one month prior to the start date, minus a £20 administration fee.
• In order to allow us to plan with the venue, there is no option of changing to virtual from in-person. If you are uncertain please book virtual and upgrade.
• Workshops are non-refundable.
• The conference dinner is non-refundable as the society have prepaid for the places, but if we can resell the ticket we will refund the cost minus an administration charge of £20. Please speak to the team on the registration desk at the event if wishing to cancel late.
